Sean Hickey FIRP – Managing Director
The founder of CCS Recruitment in 1995 and co founder of H2GI and Inspired Recruitment with Nick Hardisty. Sean has over 25 years experience within the recruitment sector and is where it all began.
In 1995 Sean decided that, on the back of his success, he should look to create a specialist Trades & Labour recruitment company that went over and above expectations and that offered levels of professionalism not often found in large, multi diverse organisations.
Immediate success led to rapid growth and in early 2000 enabled Sean to capitalise on an opportunity he saw within IT & Technical recruitment. Rather than dilute the specialist service CCS Recruitment offered its clients he decided to open a separate recruitment company to exploit the opportunity and it was with Nick Hardisty that CCS’s sister company Inspired Recruitment was born.
Sean is a major driving force and energy within the group maintaining an extremely hands-on and active role in all the companies and, along side Nick Hardisty, is constantly looking for opportunities for CCS Recruitment, Inspired Recruitment and the H2 Group.
Outside of work Sean is a keen golfer and enjoys watching football and spending time with his family.
Nick Hardisty FIRP – Director
Founding partner of both Inspired Recruitment and H2GI and partner in CCS Recruitment with Sean Hickey, Nick is responsible with Sean for the back office day-to-day running of the group companies, working closely with the sub-board and Operations Manager.
Nick's background is sales and sales management. Prior to CCS Recruitment Nick was instrumental in the set-up, growth and subsequent floatation of AI Claims solutions (formally Auto Indemnity), an AIM listed company now turning over in excess of £100m per annum. It was after the floatation of AI Claims in 2000 that Nick decided he wanted a new challenge, which is when he was introduced to Sean Hickey.
Since 2000 Nick has worked with Sean on building Inspired and CCS Recruitment in addition to a number of other ventures within H2GI.
Outside of work Nick is a keen runner, cyclist and golfer. He enjoys watching football and is an avid Formula One fan, having travelled the world to watch the races. He is however happiest when spending his spare time with his partner and their young family.
Duncan Sagar - Sales Director
Duncan joined CCS Recruitment in 2000 as an established, well respected and successful recruiter within the Trades and Labour sector.
He is now the longest serving employee within the H2 Group and CCS Recruitment where he has established himself as a key individual. Duncan has been instrumental in the growth of CCS Recruitment over the last 10 years and in assisting it in surviving the recent tough economic times.
Duncan is responsible for the sales and account management for CCS Recruitment and his commitment, loyalty and success were rewarded with his promotion to the position he holds today - Sales Director.
Outside of work Duncan enjoys: socialising, foreign travel; playing sports and watching his beloved Burnley FC.
