The Company

They are a rapidly expanding shopfitting company based in the Midlands specialising in the design & refurbishment of Retail projects nationwide, specializing in the design & refurbishment of Pharmacy, Optical & Health Centre interiors.

The Role

* An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ArchiCAD Designer to provide working as part of a small team of CAD draughtsmen supporting all aspects of 3D design solutions.
* The job involves creating working drawings from tender stage, through design approval to completion of as-built drawings.
* Following approval of the drawings you be required to order all the relevant components and liaise with the purchasing department to ensure a smooth transition of components to site.
* The individual must also have an awareness of costs and work closely with the commercial department.
* Other areas of involvement include product design, systems development and project analysis.

The Person

* Proficient with ArchiCAD 3D Software - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THIS EXPERIENCE
* Good understanding of Microsoft office
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Self managed, motivated and hard working
* Knowledge of the shopfitting, construction or architectural business preferable

The Package
* Salary will be dependant on qualifications, experience and suitability to the role.
