The Role

As an approved contractor for clients involved in food retail / supermarkets, and they require a Site based Site & Project Manager with relevant experience on these specific projects.

These projects are large scale food retail / supermarket construction works involving complete New Builds, Extensions to Existing Stores and the introduction of Mezzanine Floors to existing live trading stores.

They are not simply fit-out or 'shopfitting' projects and have on site construction values in the £5m to £15m bracket.

The Person

It is essential you have a proven track record as a Senior Site / Construction Manager with a reputable contractor and can demonstrate the ability to delivery food retail / supermarket related projects valued in the £5m+ bracket, either as a number one or forming part of the site team.

A proven track record in employer loyalty is also essential which shows evidence of being retained from contract to contract.
