The Role

With an enviable track record of working alongside some of the most blue chip prestigious clients, contractors and architects in the City of London they have an exciting role for a Logistics Coordinator to join their to join the ambitious and vibrant team in Canary Wharf.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
* Ensuring the relevant partitioning system is delivered from the manufacturers to the relevant project on the due date at the right location and time.
* Liaison with all suppliers
* Learn in micro detail all the components of the product partitioning systems as well as drywall materials, doors, ironmongery, skirting, fixings etc.
* Coordinate all relevant quotes, purchase orders, proof of delivery documentation as well as proofing all invoices against the above before passing on for Senior Management sign off and possible explanation and proof of accuracy.

The Person

* The role will be ideally suited to someone who has been taking off materials from drawings and schedules and ordering and coordinating its delivery with suppliers and contractors on site, possibly within a Building Products Supplier, Builds Merchants or actual Partitioning Manufacturer.
* As part of the operations team they need a confident and determined experienced person who is not afraid of a lot of work and responsibility
* Diligent, if all items that they are dealing with do not arrive to when they are required to, there are consequential costs which costs which result in the company losing money.
* Any prior knowledge of partitioning systems and associated products such as drywall materials, doors, ironmongery, skirting, fixings, would be desirable
* Needs to be computer literate and thorough regarding all paperwork.

The Package

In return this company is willing to offer a generous package circa £25k to £28k plus benefits including bonus, health care, pension etc.
